Too much to say about our Positive experience but the bottom line is "it works and it works well" .

Great staff. If you have chronic back/neck pain this is the place to get it better. It does take time though. Do not like the pitcyness of it though.

The staff is so sincerely friendly. They make you feel very comfortable and taken care of. Dr Ryan is fantastic...he takes the time to explain things and always makes you feel comfortable.

I don't think it is clear to folks, that even if you are looking for a chiropractor, or chiropractic treatment at this clinic, you have to first go through a Naturopath for an assessment (with $120 admin fee) and then get set up with the chiropractor ($45). It is a very confusing (and expensive) referral system. Initially, I had made an appointment for a chiropractic visit with Dr. Dronyk, because I was looking for a chiropractor to help with a hip problem and he was referred to me. I was really surprised when I arrived and was told I would be seeing Dr. Bishop who is a Naturopath. I balked but then Dr. Dronyk sat in; so as odd as it was I went through giving a lot of information about all kinds of health questions, not necessarily related to my request for a chiro appointment. I was then allowed to have my chiro appt with Dr. Dronyk. Unfortunately, he then explained he wouldn't be doing an adjustment on my hips, which is what my osteopath had suggested and reason another naturopath had referred me on here for chiropractic. It is very disappointing and confusing when you, as a patient who knows your body and has been told what might be advised, get something other than what you think would work for you. Especially when following the treatment, that evening and into the morning, I had unusual and significant pain in my lower back and left hip area requiring I take 2 Tylenol 3 just to sleep that night. When I called, I was told that I should see my osteopath or wait a week for my next visit and try to tough it out. Usually one expects to feel better (not worse) after seeing a health practitioner, so this was very disappointing, just as it was finding out I had to go through (and be billed for $120) for another Naturopath assessment in addition to the one from the previous Naturopath who referred me there for the chiropractic. So that is 2 assessments in less than 2 months!! which takes a chunk out of my health budget and doesnt give me the benefit of treatment or health care that those health $$ dollars are allotted for. Dr. Bishop, however, was good enough to understand the situation when it was explained to her and waive that assessment which represented her time. She also clued me in that while I had thought Larry Steel was a Naturopath, (Dr. Dronyk referred to him as Dr. Steel, and another person may have said naturopath when they recommended him) he is actually a NaturoTHERAPIST and not registered as an ND, so unfortunately I am also out of pocket for what I thought was being covered under my insurance plan as a naturopath. My sincere wish is that practitioners ensure there is clarity around the services they provide (especially from an insurance perspective, as they must know people will expect to use their health benefits and wonder if they are covered) AND that you get what you are requesting and ultimately paying for, especially when you are asking the right questions. It is entirely confusing that if you are calling for a chiropractor, you first have to see and be billed for an assessment by a naturopath. I can't comment further on the results from this clinic, because I will likely not continue, since I have to seek care for the resulting effects from the treatment elsewhere and I have lost my trust in the way things are done at this clinic. I will re post and edit if that changes.

Dr. Paul Brown helped me get my shoulders back so that I could work without the constant pain.

Experienced and knowledgeable service providers and reception staff. I've used chiropractic with Dr Jeff and acupuncture with Tara Blain, both are amazing. Very short wait times unlike other offices. Would definitely recommend.

The clinic is absolutely clean, well designed and organized. This is the best chiropractic clinic in the KW/Cambridge area. By far.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dan Higginson for a number of years, due to chronic lower back and hip issues. He is a wonderful person, and his treatment has helped to minimize any flare ups and has allowed me to get back to full speed whenever I've had a problem. I am very grateful to have Dr. Higginson as part of my health care team and I recommend him to anyone who looking for chiropractic care.

In response to the comment below, aside from trauma, all health problems whether they be physical, emotional or spiritual have there primal cause in that person not able to relate themselves to their changing environment. The nervous system (which sends information down your spine) is the system which relates you to your changing environment whether that be different foods, allergens, barometric pressure changes, emotional stress, gardening, sports, sitting before a computer all day etc.. Stress invariably causes your spine to shift blocking your nervous systems ability to adapt to environmental changes resulting in present as well as future sickness and disease. The answer to this problem is both powerful and yet simple (thus causing people to disbelieve and remain negative towards our approach) which is first to re-align the spine to put your body in a functional state to do what it does best...adapt and thus Heal itself. Chinese medicine through the use of accupuncture has the very same philosophy that all sickness and disease should be first approached by not treating symptoms but to go to the primal cause which is to remove any imbalances in the body first. Hope this helps clarify any misgivings toward our much needed and valuable Upper Cervical care. Dr. Catania and Staff

After attending BJ's Maximized Living Seminar in 2007, I was able to loose 100 pounds and maintain it for almost 9 years. The Hardick's have also adjusted my 4 kids and I regularly and have worked wonders for some significant medical issues along the way. A very companionate and accommodating team we've thoroughly enjoyed being apart of. Highly recommended!

She provides kick backs for good reviews, so don't buy any of it. She will pressure you to do more services than you want, take part in the extra services, and quadruple book appointments. She's about business first and patients second. Go elsewhere.

I've been to a few Chiropractors that really don't do much. I've had a great experience here so far.
