I didn't fully understand how chiropractic medicine worked and used to think that essentially it was just cracking bones. But it is so much more than that. Dr. Kagdi has used a number of different therapies to help me such as ART, acupuncture and laser. Every time I have seen Dr. Kagdi with an issue, I have left feeling 100 times better. He is also very personable and has a gentle manner when treating you. Dr. Kagdi is a very effective chiropractor, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to try chiropractic medicine.

My experience with the Yonge Steeles Chiropractic office has been amazing. I have been a patient for many years and find the environment very family oriented. Dr. Stevenson is one of the smartest doctors I know. He has been able to solve many of my physical problems from back pain to foot issues. The weekly educational material which the office dispenses on various topics ranging from proper sitting position to improving muscles weakness helps my care and has improved my health. Andrew is wonderful Chiropracter

I met Dr. Ali Ipchilar from a close friend. I was suffering with severe neck pain and carpal tunnel syndrome down both hands. The medical doctors wanted to do surgery. I'm so glad i didn't do the surgery and waited long enough to find Dr. Ali. Since I started care my carpal tunnel is significantly improved, i have more energy, and i feel much better. If you're thinking of going to a chiropractor, i would suggest you give Dr. Ali (the #OrchidDoctor) a shot, you won't regret it. He is the best chiropractor i've ever experienced. Seeing Dr. Ali 2× a week, my headaches, symptoms of carpal tunnel is minimized + pain on my neck ( arthritis), I'm feeling relax & relieve. Thanks.. Dr. Ali, & I appreciate so much to my friend who referred me (Fely Benia) & Dennis who is very good attending & helping my grandson while I'm on my treatment.

Why are chiropractors still treating like Pam....there is way more to chiropractic than just adjustments. Check out some of the clinics in markham that do Active release or graston technique along with spinal manipulation, you will get much better quicker and faster.

It's disappointing to be continuously over charged. First you go for your initial evaluation, which is normal. But if you want to check anything extra, like your shoulder, they make you can an extended appointment which cost more. Then if you don't come in for a couple months or so, they charge you extra for a re-evaluation. I've never had this kind of experience before. I think I will stick to the pain or find someone else.

This place is HORRIBLE. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced and EXTREMELY unprofessional! I have attended various physio places, and this one is by far the absolute worst. The staff at the reception are unprofessional, disorganized, and downright rude. The worst, is the brow woman with the extravagant eye shadow - she has absolutely no idea what she is doing. She bad mouthed me because she couldn't take responsibility for miscommunication between her and her colleagues. In fact, they tried to blame my sister and I for a timing mix up! During that unpleasant encounter, none of them even attempted to apologize once for their miscommunication. The brown woman told me that I should be grateful for her re-arranging my massage time because I came in 5 minutes late and that I'm doing her a favour. She also said she doesn't care if I go for my massage or not. She lectured me on arriving on time for massages and then moved up my massage time because she felt like it, without consulting me. Most professional places call the client and ask for the best alternative. On top of that, we were at the place the day before and the masseuse was just sitting there for 20 minutes, claiming that she had no idea my sister was waiting for a massage. During that time there were 4 other individuals in the physio area who just sat around and were gossiping the entire time. One of them even went inside and took a nap because she was tired, while on duty! All in all, this was a horrific experience. They wasted our time, were the rudest people I have ever encountered, and are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. They also treated my sister and I like crap because we were 'young', although I am 26 years old. Although I have given this place 1 star, its actually worth nothing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Therapy Plus has been the go-to place for my whole family (wife, parents and in-laws) for about 10 years now. They are an amazingly honest, competent, professional, clean, accommodating and friendly business! They always go out of their way to help their clients to address the root of their ailments. Specifically for me, they helped me with a chronic pain I suffered for over 8 months; after my third treatment, the pain started to vanish for good. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so.

First visit there - went as per my appointment, even earlier. Waited. Filled papers. Waited. Have been invited in an office/treatment room. Waited. Half hour after my initial appointment time nothing happened, so I just left. I can't comment on Dr. Sharif professional competence and I'll have no occasion to test it; my time is very valuable to me and if they don't respect their patients time I'll not be their patient.

Great service and expertise. The only complaint is that they constantly run late. You may have a 3pm and get there 10mins ahead. 3pm being the 1st appointment, unfortunately they take the first person to arrive although clearly your appointment is 3pm. Little frustrating when you have work or other appointment ls scheduled accordingly.
