I’m not one to write a google review but I feel this is warranted. I paid Melissa $250 to do an initial move in clean. The house is 2400 square feet so I felt her price was reasonable because I thought she would be here for the full day (5-6 hours).
She showed up without a step stool and was thankful we had some furniture moved into the house so she could dust in hard to reach places by standing on our chairs.
She also did not bring a vacuum cleaner with her.
She stayed for 3 hours and took off with $250.
I was disappointed because there are definite areas that she did not clean. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Melissa. She offered to come back and re-clean.
If you are going to charge top dollar, you should be providing exceptional service.
