Amazing customer service turn around times are amazing

TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!. I have never written a review before but after the experience I had here I thought I'd warn others....Ruined my outfit then took no responsibility and blamed me for it, said it was like that when I brought it in but I literally just took the tags off and brought it to get altered so I could wear it. Then after blaming me they say they're going to dry clean it and I'm thinking it's them trying to remedy the situation but nooooo lol they then tried to charge me for the dry cleaning. Oh and did I mention it was 3 days late coming back from the dry cleaners. It was initially suppose to be ready on Friday and I didn't receive it till Wednesday the following week..this is not the first time they were late with my stuff either. Will never be going back there and I suggest if you want something done right or on time you go elsewhere.

Action Chem-Dry cleaned my yellow linen settee today. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. I even used a discount coupon I found on Website! I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

I am impressed with this service. I stayed with my friend in Oakville for a few nights and we had a pretty crazy house party in her brand new apartment. Things were a disaster to say the least! did a few searches and found askfortask on google, so glad we found it! Saba is amazing and so sweet! She did a fabulous job making the apartment look brand new again. Oh also, their prices are very reasonable.

I had to dryclean 2 saris last minute. I spoke to the owner and he was very pleasant and motivated to help. He mentioned that there is a lot of detail and beading on the saris, plus the rush, might be expensive; $40-$45 per. I accepted and thanked him for the undertaking. He took the saris, along with my phone number, making a point of telling me that he will call and I should pick up. Not having heard from him, I came back the next day to pick up the saris and was told that they are actually $66 each + tax. I tried to explain that he should have called and confirmed with me but he didn't even want to hear me and called me "ungrateful". He said he "made the call" on my behalf and I should be grateful to him for the turnaround. I had no choice but to pay! Do not trust this place and if you must, get a written budgetary quote.

I dropped 6 pcs of coat to wash, including 2 canada goose, when I picked them up, i found total $273, and i checked the details, showing hood charge $10, it was with the coat and free before. And the old lady was very rude and said she could not do anything ! I went there 5 months ago and they messed up my hood, wash changed color and did not do anything! I will NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN. New owner is from head office and very greedy and does not care about customer ! DO NOT GO THERE ! THE WORST JOB AND SERVICE !

Negligent and overpriced - not only are they significantly more expensive than comp, my shirt came back with a permanently set ink stain. Was clear that they had not endgame tried to clean it. Absolutely no remorse from owner, who just informed me that it was my fault. Will never go again.

Rarely does it happen - a dry cleaner living up to expectations. Reluctantly I gave them an almost new ferragamo tie with an oil/ omelette stain. They removed it completely without any fade and didn't press the tie to death either - justifies the almost 250% rate of an average dry cleaner!

A little oasis in the city - friendly, pleasant and efficient.

Great company, great team, great service and the best price! We've used another duct company and they charged by the number of vents. This time, we did research and also got referral from another contractor (Jimmy who helped us cleaned our tiles). The good side about Dial One is: they charge over the house not by numbers of vents (flat charge), they use powerful vacuum, the team (Joe and Amjad) is very polite, friendly, professional and hardworking! Joe helped arrange the appointment and Amjad arrived on time, very punctuate. Amjad showed us the pictures of before and after cleaning, and he used organic germ-killer to disinfect the house and the house smells fresh (lemon and mint). We are very happy to find Dial One, and have already referred this company to friends. We will see the company in five years!
