Very honest and not out there to rip you off, for example...had a problem with the zipper on one of my jackets, everywhere else I went to told me I need a new zipper from top to bottom. She fixed it for $5 and I didn't need a new zipper. Still works fine today if not better than when I bought it !!! She also hemmes clothes at very low negotiable prices.
