Cleaning

We had a flood in my condo at around 10:00pm and the management office called Spectrum. Within the hour two professional technicians responded and removed the water in the living room and kitchen. They did a very good job and returned a few days later to pick up the equipment, checked for dampness and cleaned the carpeting. I would recommend them for a flood.

Absolutely wonderful experience anytime I come here! The staff is always super friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I have brought in multiple pieces of Indian wear (such as sarees and lehengas) that are made of fabrics, intricately designed and finely woven and require special care (especially when they have difficult stains to remove on them :) I am always amazed at what an incredible job they do! My clothes always come back looking like brand new. 100% recommend this place for anyone!

We couldn't be happier with the service received. I called them to get my carpets done and they were to happy to pull me in right away. The cleaners were professional and did a wonderful job. The carpets look great now and the service was charged for very reasonably.

1. They are very dedicated and hard-working. 2. The floor esp the washrooms were sparkly shiny. 3. They esp cleaned the edges and corners of the laundry room! I'm impressed.

Dianne was wonderful and did a great job cleaning my home. I had asked for a post renovation clean up and she was very flexible on the areas of the house that I wanted to have cleaned in order. I had never hired a cleaning service before and Dianne made me feel at ease. She was able to clean the entire house in the time that I requested. I wouldn't hesitate to have her clean my home again.

This place sucks !!!! They don’t ever answer their phone and it’s almost impossible to find there location of HWY 7 . Please don’t waste your time with them

very poor performance skipped several windows completely windows are still very dirty doesn't do what the say they will do i cant and well never recommend them to anybody ever you don't need the aggravation

Very experienced and knowledgeable technicians Michail and Alex came out to our place on Tuesday, did a complete inspection and gave us a detailed explanation of what is going on and what needed to be done. Today they have done a complete mold removal and treatment and explained everything along the way as well as discussed all the warranties included. We will definitely be working with Sem's Duct Cleaning. Great company to work with for all those who aren't aware of the HVAC lingo and need knowledgeable technicians to not only do the work but explain in detail everything being done. They explained the whole air duct cleaning process and we do plan to keep our air ducts maintained by them on a regular basis.
