Super professionnel !!! Merci !!

Experience from 2012. This company is terrible, over 2 months using them they sent two different maid : the first one good cleaner but complained about them the whole time she was at our home. The second one was not as good, and stole jewelry from us and Electronics. We reported it to the police, and I was shown a mug shot of her... she was already in their records ! They couldn't find evidence of the crime (please be aware that as the police told me, they can Never find evidence if your housekeeper steals while in your home, unless you have cameras in your home). The police officer said "I know she did it but we can't prove it, sorry". Insurance covered the theft. When I called the company to let them know of those informations (and blaming them for not getting enough background check on her), they said they believed their employee who had sworn she did nothing (I would understand a long trusting relationship but she had told me she was newly hired after the first one they sent me had quit). I told them about the mug shot, and they officer's conversation, but they hung up on me. She might still work there... Don't go with them !

Great service! Our white couch is white again!

Incredible service, we had a family wedding and my wife needed to have her dress adjusted as quickly as possible. I needed to adjust a pair of pants and have them washed and pressed. I am glad we landed at the door of this incredible team of people. They had everything prepared for us in a matter of two days. The staff was super positive, and they had no objections to any of our requests. I wish people were so positive about their work everywhere else. My two kids even had free Popsicle twice! Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

So impressed by there efficiency and quality of service! My carpets and sofa were cleaned by them and it came out like new!!!! 5 star cleaning company!
