Cleaning

I left my coat there on 14/12/2017 and when I did, the employee at this dry cleaner said that it would be ready by 19/12/2017, but to be sure that I come by on that day because after they'll be closed until 27/12/2017. I agree and say it's not a problem. I go there around noon today (19/12/2017) and then request to have my coat back. I hand the employee my dry cleaning ticket and she proceeds to try and find it. After looking for a total of 10 seconds, she says it's not there and to come back later. I ask her when can I come back? To which the responds while looking straight to my face, "I will call you." So I check with her that she has my number, to which she responds by silently nodding as I repeat my number for her. I wait all afternoon for her call and I never receive a call. Keep in mind that I am at work so I don't have the flexibility to just leave the office to follow up. I then decide to just go back to the shop in person at 4 PM. Lights are closed, doors are shut. The employee closed early and left without calling me back. When I get back to the office to try and contact them, there's no answer. So now I don't have my coat until they reopen on 27/12/2017. Update: (27/12/2017) Went to get my coat today and the same lady was there. She said she did try to call, but she apparently had the wrong number. After verification, the transference paper had not properly transcribed the number. On the original, which I had, the number was correct, but on her copy of the receipt, the number was wrong. For the record, I did confirm my number with her before walking away, but it seems that she had not paid attention to the last digit being different on her paper. Update 2: (27/12/2017) My Moose Knuckle's fur lining was completely destroyed. I stand by my original rating that you should never used this service.

Ripped me off. Complete douchebag.

I have used the window-cleaning service several times and have always been more than satisfied with the results - clean windows and no mess left behind!

Great Service
