These 2 great people just finished cleaning my vents they were on time, professional and personable. Big noticeable difference in my vents and breathing better. Higher recommend their services to anyone.

Straight off I need to give Maxi Maid a star for being available in a pinch. I called them at 10:00 and the were able to have to cleaners at my place by 13:00 and that's hard enough to find. Clearly their management is working. Their cleaners are not. Presumably, because it was short notice, the A, B, and C teams were all occupied and I got the bottom of their rosters barrel. The quality of the work was high, 5/5, the room they completed was immaculate. The time it took to complete the work was absolutely unreal. The room had been cleaned fewer than 24 hours prior and was in pretty good shape. It took two Maxi Maid cleaners, billed at $40/hour, almost two full hours to take a one bedroom apartment from "pretty good" to "immaculate" and it's hard to believe. It's not a huge apartment and my staff cleaner can have it cleaned well in about 75 minutes, and at two hours she could've had the room immaculate as well. To add insult to injury they left five minutes early on three hour service. If you're going to charge $80/hour for two people at least stay for the entire billed duration. The sum of it is that the quality of work is high and Maxi Maid seems willing to help in a pinch, but for overmarket rates their cleaners are breathtakingly slow, quite possibly the slowest cleaners I've ever work with.

Paul is a hardworking and determined person. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone. He has a big heart and will make sure the jobs are done right.

Horrible customer service - I brought in my feather tic and when I got it home I realized they had wrecked it, all of the feathers bunched up to one corner of the tic. I called them and told them what had happened and they told me to bring it in, so I did and they told me that it was my problem and that they wouldn’t refund me, they were also extremely rude and all came out to tell me that I was in fact in the wrong (when I wasn’t told things like this could happen in the first place and that I wouldn’t be refunded if it did happen) I told them if I wasn’t being refunded that I was going to post a horrible review on this situation and I was told by the owner “it wouldn’t be the first” - so clearly they are a complete unprofessional joke. I just want to know that when they wrapped up my feather tic they didn’t think to themselves that the costumer would in fact get it home and be unhappy to see it wrecked. So unprofessional. I will also add that I am one person being atacked by three people who wrecked my item and then told me that it’s my fault for not knowing it had a chance of being wrecked. I will never go back and I suggest no one else does either, because god forbid they ruin something of yours and then make it you it fault.
