The Fraser Valley Gutter Doctor Inc. has a new owner and a new name, Golden Phoenix Gutter Doctor, owned by Golden Phoenix Building Material Manufacturing Ltd. This company has poor customer service and poor quality workmanship. Had new gutters installed a while back and currently have numerous seam leaks that they refuse to repair. Despite agreeing to honor all outstanding guarantees and warranties of the former company, as well as continue to provide the same warranties to new customers as per the Better Business Bureau, they refuse to honor their 5 year warranty.

If I had to sum up a review of Top Choice Laundry and Dry Cleaning in one word would be Extended Hours; in two words would be Great Service too. My wife and I are happy we found Top Choice laundry, because they are open daily from 6 am to 10 pm. Wow! This makes it easy to schedule our laundry hours. A not so common perk in terms of customer service is that on hot days the owner (a nice man who is humorous; welcoming; and helpful) supplies free cold beverages in a cooler; the bathroom is clean; the machines are clean and appear to be new. And the area feels safe!

This is a fabulous company with great products and services, Dean really knows his stuff, too! I highly recommend Clean Answers for all your Eco friendly effective and still affordable cleaning solutions. It's the right way to go!

James did a fantastic job, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He was on time, very knowledgable and courteous. We will use his services again in the future.
