Greg did an excellent job with my carpets. He got out a food colouring stain and I thought it would not get out. Nice guy and reasonable rates.

We have used Westcoast Chem Dry twice in the past, once to clean our basement rental suite and once to clean our entire house. We have used many different companies over the years, including the Orange guys. Jag from Chem Dry was able to remove stains that the Orange guys were not able to. Polly is super helpful, I highly recommend them, worth every penny.

Wow, what horrible telephone manners. I called to continue weekly maintenance service after I took over a rental property with an indoor pool, the man that answered the phone was rude to say the very least. I explained that I wanted to continue weekly pool cleaning maintenance, he told me that he couldn’t send anyone this week, so asked about, about next week, he said no to that as well.... I asked when then, he said he didn’t know and that he couldn’t find the appointment book, so I asked if I should call back, and he said again, he didn’t know. He didn’t want to take my number and was basically barking at me on the phone. Huge customer service fail. I honestly don’t know why they would let such a grump like that answer there phones. All I can say is, don’t give your business to this outfit, they have zero manners.

Not even a star the owner likes to rip off older ladies like my 63 yr old mother ,first he shorts his employes checks then eventualley just gives them a 100$ and sends them on thier way ,in all the years my mom has worked all over Canada and has never been ripped off like this. the owner Colin left my 63 yr old mom crying for 2 weeks this guy needs to loose his buisness
