Cleaning

I called in to get some information on a chimney cleaning this afternoon around 12:30pm to the Campbell River location; the lady who answered the phone was quite rude. It seemed like my phone call was an annoyance for her. I will definitely not call back in the future - I would rather hire a company who would appreciate me as a customer and be helpful for any future needs I may have.

I brought in two jackets that had been in a yacht fire and were heavily damaged by smoke. I couldn't believe it when I picked them up, they were completely clean and looked as good as before the fire. So happy with the results.
