Friendly and helpful owner. Free WiFi which is handy for waiting around, clothes were clean so the equipment seems to be in good order. This place gets the job done.

Amazing service! I couldn’t believe the attention to detail and all the little things they did that set them above and beyond others. Very friendly, trustworthy and amazing to deal with! Definitely recommend them!!

He came to clean my duct, I ended up working more than him to make sure the job was done properly, and one of the motor of his vacuum was not working so it was pushing back all the dust in the house...

mixed bag on this one. been in this house for 7 yrs and we have dogs. we’re trying to address environmental allergy situation and duct cleaning was recommended. this company was easy to book, they arrived on time, work done efficiently, polite. after 3 hr cleaning sent pix of before and after—there was very little difference for a $900 service. the guy gave our ducts a 3/10 before cleaning and we were told we should’ve got an appraisal beforehand, he tells us afterwards, but no one in whitehorse does appraisals. we probably didn’t need the ducts cleaned, but how are you to know. guess we’re good for at least another 7-10 years.

Came out for a quote, then ghosted us. Wouldn’t recommend. Terrible business practice.

Owned by a Punjabi family. The older lady was working when I came in, she saw my bag of clothes and down sleeping bag and suggested I use the large front loader. When time to dry she handed me tennis balls without asking to help fluff the down bag. Place gets busy and she's just trying to run an efficient business. Got a chance to talk to her when it quieted down, quite a story.

Top notch service, had a suite that needed cleaning and the carpet was in extremely bad condition, I thought I would have to replace the carpet. It was brought back to near new condition....I have also rented their rental cleaning units for smaller jobs, these are great!! highly recommended!!

We've been using Northwest for over 10 years and have always been really happy with their service. Today, our septic field froze up, a bunch of water ended up in my basement, and their emergency pump-out service was exceptional, prompting this review. We're at the far limit of the city, but the truck was here within about 45 minutes,. Then we had quite a time finding the clean-out tubes in the deep snow. But, he got it done and even stayed in a good mood. Top notch service, folks.
