Cleaning

Today I was fortunate to have Albert Hanin come to my house for routine maintenance on my furnace. As usual, he was polite, professional and, when asked, gave me some good advice. He was also very accommodating in answering some questions I had about the maintenance procedures and how the systems worked. This is the kind of service that one always hopes for and I have now come to expect from Enercare. Thank you.

Pretty good

Unfortunate that I cannot give 0 stars. I left a suit for cleaning, and it was returned with a completely different set of pants. Even after I showed the gentleman pictures of the different coloured lining and got the manager at the store which sold the suit on the phone to confirm that colours should match, he refused to admit that he had lost my property. I was accused of being a liar and then physically manhandled out of the store. Do not ever, ever consider coming here.

I had a scheduled appointment for them to come and look at my place for a quote. They never showed up or called. I hired another company.

The main carpet was hardly soiled. Nic made every area he cleaned much worse looking than it was and told us our carpets were permanently discolored. I took pic of his work, I then spent hrs cleaning his mess and I got most of his mess out. I have tried to get the manager Alex to call me back to give a refund. Alex now avoids my calls. I would never ever hire this company. What they are selling does not work. I have sent pics and Alex knows it's Nics fault and will still not respond to me. I just wanted my carpets clean and I ended up with a nightmare of black smudge everywhere.

Friendly and polite service. Always helpful.
