Honestly the worse company I've talked with in my life. It was confirmed a week before they're meant to come and they've called me multiple times telling me it's confirmed but 15 minutes before my appointment they cancelled the job and they did not offer to do it in a close date. When we asked to speak to a manager the lady who I was talking to informed me that the manager doesn't speak to costumers....😕. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!

I'm usually a bit suspicious of working with new firms as I've had bad experiences. The team at Hive did alot to dispell those fears. I found them to be highly personable and kept working until the office was cleaner than ever. I had some clients in the next day that commented on how shiny the office and communal areas looked. As a result the Hive guys now come in regularly.

They did a big altering to a bridesmaid dress quickly for me and did a wonderful job! Highly recommend!!

We have been using Millards since we moved into our offices 18 months ago. They are totally reliable and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We usually have the same cleaner which means that everyone gets to know him. In an emergency they are prepared to do what they can to help out. I would be very happy to recommend them.

Simple task of changing end of heels on stilettos, which other places offer to do it while I wait, took 2 days, also instead of the metal ones that I asked for, rubber ones were out on (charged for rubber ones). They also made the heel different sizes.

Good laundrette, great friendly service and reasonably priced! Can't complain! Make sure you get there at least an hour before shutting so you can get your laundry done!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! The man behind the desk does not understand or speak any English and the customer service provided was absolutely awful. The place should be shut down. After being asked to pay before any services were completed, I was then refused a refund as the old man did not know how to work the machine. I was told to come back when the manager was in but it seems he is never in store. Avoid at all costs
