Simple task of changing end of heels on stilettos, which other places offer to do it while I wait, took 2 days, also instead of the metal ones that I asked for, rubber ones were out on (charged for rubber ones). They also made the heel different sizes.

I have had the pleasure of using Spectrum services for 6 months now. As a Block Manager for HAUS Block Management I look for reliability, integrity and professionalism, Spectrum have not only gone above and beyond, they keep surprising us each time! Good laundrette, great friendly service and reasonably priced! Can't complain! Make sure you get there at least an hour before shutting so you can get your laundry done!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! The man behind the desk does not understand or speak any English and the customer service provided was absolutely awful. The place should be shut down. After being asked to pay before any services were completed, I was then refused a refund as the old man did not know how to work the machine. I was told to come back when the manager was in but it seems he is never in store. Avoid at all costs
