Outstanding detailing service. Meticulously cleaned, steamed, and shined every inch of my SUV. Good value and worth every penny. They use top notch professional equipment including bright lights to see every speck of dirt. My SUV now looks and smells like brand new (and it's 10 years old and messed up by 2 kids).

Friendly service, good job on basic laundry. Two cashmere sweaters and my Irish fisherman’s knit sweater were shrunk on different occasions. Not sure why they have this problem and management won’t talk to me.

I had 3 rugs that I wanted information on and cleaned. The owner gave me the info and approximate cost of repair on one as well as approximate value of each. We had them cleaned and the work was done in the time promised for the price quoted. One was stained quite badly and they managed to clean it out beautifully. The shop also sells rugs of all different sizes and styles with pricing consistant with materials used. I would go back to Herat for any other of my rug needs!

We had a broken zipper on an item need urgently for that day. We were not sure if it could be fixed. We walked in and the person immediately knew how to solve the problem. Less than ten minutes later the slider was quickly replaced with a stronger slider at very reasonable cost. Fantastic.

If there will be a zero I will count this place with a zero! Worst experience ever! I gave them two rugs (top quality) to clean. After 10 days I got my rugs back with open stitches, surface damaged and somehow a sticky coat on it. When I rolled it up, there where white dust on the floor. So they did not rinse it I guess! I took it back to show what happened. So after 3 weeks (wanna be investigation) they just returned the carpets without paying for the damaged and not refunded my money for not cleaning as you can see there is the stains! Stay away from here!!! They are just after money!!!!!!!!!! Will post the pictures too

The crew here is great, the job they do with our Datacentre and Network closets is amazing. It's very satisfying to have the trust they clean this equipment and not cause a downtime to our network or servers.

Have worked with Maple leaf cleaning Services for many years. They are very professional, friendly and very attentive of managements needs and request. Board members are content with their service. I have never encounter any problems with them.

Picking up some dry cleaning items for my wife, was told $45 but at store they charged $70. They said because they made a mistake there were 2 dresses and 2 blouses instead of 4 blouses and that's why it's more expensive. I paid but will never return. They could have had the business courtesy of waiving that extra cost this time because it was their mistake not checking exact items and quoted a wrong price. Or they could have called before proceeding with dry cleaning instead of having done the job and now you have to pay the extra. Will not return.
