They broke my coat zipper and it took forever for them to give me feedback, at the end they denied they broke the zipper, horrible customer service.

I have not yet needed QJS's services but I will use them should the need arise. I have know Kevin, the owner, for many years. I have worked with him over a few years and know his personal dedication and devotion to doing the best work possible. I do not think you can find anyone more honest or committed in his personal and professional life.

Sent custom made drapes to be dry cleaned. They shrunk 7 inches. After going back and forth over 5 times the drapes are still short with a stain that was not their previously. Top Hat cleaners told me they wil no longer do anything for me. My very expensive drapes were ruined by Top Hat Cleaners and they will not take any responsibility. Terrible.

Place I do my big laundry stuff. They have dry cleaning and added lotto service. Get your stuff done in one place and service is fine.

This was my first time using Maid to Shine. I am so pleased. I will definitely be booking their services again. There simply hasn't been enough time in each day for me to get ready for Christmas, between working, planning, baking and cleaning I had to get help. My home is spotless now and I am able to relax before 70 people come to my house tomorrow for my annual Christmas Open House. Thank you!
