First time user and I explained I needed an on time delivery. Delivery date passed ... no explanation FOUR days later I was told "coming tomorrow". Did not come "tomorrow". As it was passed when I really needed the cleaning I went to pick up a week later. Their opening was posted for 11:00 AM. They were NOT present. So I phoned and they said 20 minutes. Terrible service, disgusting people to deal with. This couple have very limited understanding of English and obviously no intention of trying to communicate. I will never return.

I ordered the move in/move out cleaning along with the interior windows cleaning. Lucy and her crew did a great job and the process took about 4 hours. It was very easy to book online as the process took a few mins. The team was very responsive and stood by the quote. There was no hidden cost, and the staffs arrived our venue on time. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

I take my RG dress shirts to Meena after having thread dye run at the previous dry cleaners (now out of business) which supposedly is an issue with the dye in the thread or else other people's and other shirts from the same manufacturer would have bleeding too. I have had no issues and the shirts come back pristine but sadly the dye bleeding on two shirts has not come out or is still bleeding. I have taken a coat to have the torn liner repaired which they did well but it ripped again after being worn for a month or so I believe due to the formless design. I have taken a king TH comforter and got it back in good shape but the ink or marker stains remained which I did not expect to be removed and failed to bring attention to, not sure if they even can do anything given they were set for at least a year. The service is polite, I rarely have to wait (I go during the day) and they always have my items ready before they promised (I don't get them right away so it doesn't matter) and they text to let you know they are ready. They have had me pay in advance which I don't favor due to the risk as denoted by a review at another location wherein the customer stated he was told that he owed but was able to prove he paid and there was no apology. Last time I was in they took payment at pickup which I feel is a more appropriate. Update 11.18 brought in a CG down coat, charged $50 when asked about the cost I was told because extra care had to be taken. I paid it as I didn't have the time to take it elsewhere. Sounds like there is a risk to having them clean your down coats and are charged extra as insurance to pay anticipated claims. rating downgraded.

I truly can't say enough positive things about this company!!! As a business owner with an industrial-style building, keeping things clean and presentable can very often be a difficult task. Love this dry cleaners! They do such a great job and their prices are more than fair. I have used a few other dry cleaners and they just can’t get my shirts properly cleaned on my cuffs and collar, Dutch Girl does a great Job.
