Cleaning

It was 2 days before my son's grad, and they were very helpful in getting all of my dress shirts pressed that day!! They didn't even charge me for the extra shirts that I dropped off later. Great service and the shirts turned out very nice. :)

Amazing service! Reliable, trustworthy and she left my house shining! Nothing like coming home to a clean home. Thank you so much!

Jessica was meticulous, diligent, and professional. We hope she returns and provides the same high level of service. Thank you!!

Amazing service, great prices and convenient hours. Will be coming back again for all my dry cleaning needs.

Very well Managed dry cleaning business. Excellent customer service, prompt service, and knowledgable staff. Very happy with the service and recommend this business to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work!!!

The Sherwood Park Carpet Cleaning service was quick to show up for an emergency carpet cleaning issue. It was a last minute call for help. When I called, Jamal (Owner) showed up in 30 minutes. He did a great job removing the multiple areas of stain. His price was reasonable. We will definitely call him again.

Absolutely amazing! Bryan did a wonderful job and it was quick! So estactic with the quality of work, and how much was cleaned for the price!! Would reccomend to anyone! And if your not in city limits don't worry about "not being in the service area". If your looking for good, reliable, honest, carpet cleaning give him a call! Thanks again Bryan!

Amazing services!! So friendly here.

Prateek you were not quoted a price different from what you were charged. The $11 price was for a different item that you previously brought in. You cannot expect different items to be the same price. I would be happy to discuss this with you if you care to return to our store.

ITS ALL IN THE NAME... I brought in a 2 long sleeve shirts for sleeve alterations and a pea coat for shoulders, sleeves & body alterations . This was on a Saturday. It’s definitely the most appealing tailor/dry cleaner I’ve walked into. I like the easy location too. The owner was very friendly, she sized me for all 3 items quite quickly and gave me a quote. She quoted me all 3 items for less than other places had quoted me just to bring in the shoulders on my coat! I requested at least coat be done for upcoming Saturday. She said she’d have all items ready by Thursday. She had it all ready on said day. The peacoat turned out awesome, she had sized and fit it all perfectly for my body. The alterations made on the 2 shirts were exactly what I wanted. The stitching and work was all very straight, clean and even. Overall, completely satisfied! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work at a good price. NOTE: I DO NOT agree with previous reviewer stating over priced work. Five Star is definitely the best priced in Sherwood Park that I’ve seen so far.

My girlfriend dropped off my stained white shorts. It looked like I sat in something rusty. They couldn’t clean it with the products they had, even though they tried multiple times. They went out and purchased a chemical specifically for the stain on my shorts. Got it right out and charged the same price. This is a place of genuine quality service.

No hassle from start to finish. They also follow up to make sure everything is up to your satisfaction. And if there is a problem, they will send their Customer Service Rep to determine the necessary corrective action and they will work with your schedule so it seems like there is no interruption to your business process.
