Very helpful in setting up an appointment and helping create the account I needed. They did a great job of making everyone comfortable that was there while I looked around.

Chris is very knowledgeable and helped us a lot! He created an action plan for us to follow. We are now very confident that we are on track to a great retirement but also prepared for any unexpected tragedies along the way. **Highly recommend!**

ABSOLUTELY the best service from an accounting firm I've ever received. They were attentive, professional and they work for you and your business to attain returns on your behalf. They worked through all our previous accountants mistakes and corrected them as well gave us professional advice on our future finances & business dealings. Highly recommend them for all your accounting and corporate needs.

service can be made more efficient. (as of April 2018) I take back 1 star. on April 2, after a long weekend, 1st day of the month, first day of the week, 1 of the ABMs is under maintenance. you get to the 1 working ABM, and you have to wait for the graphic advert to display before you can do any transaction. RBC and CIBC ABMs don't have adverts so processing is faster.

After speaking with reception twice about my case Avaline agreed to meet with me for a consult knowing I was in need of a lawyer. She met with me for a "consult" only to tell me she could not take on my case as her case load was too big at this time. Did she not know that before we met? Then charged me for the hour anyway....
