I've been a client of Agilec for many years. At the beginning when they were Northern lights they were fantastic. I had a wonderful mentor that helped me land my current job 6 years ago..Marilyn i think her name was...but noe ever since its been Agilec I've asked for help when I was injured and they denied me any assistance. The entire place felt like everyone was passing the buck around every question until they found the one that would speak up. So ...now today we went there and it was important legal employment issues that I had to fax so my husband asked for help about 8 minutes b4 closing and she was taking her time to come to the fax area so I started to fax it. They said ...this tall guy with glasses..we're closing now and we politely asked for just to finish the fax. He said no we are locking up. I totally get the fact that every1 wants to get home but boy oh boy 2 minutes if your time .so now we have no clue if this fax went through or not. I'm not very happy with the entire operation. I don't feel any dedication in most of the employees. I'm never greeted at the door like br. I personally don't recommend this place unless you need to use a computer.

John is very personable and its a pleasure to work with him.
