Consulting

The tellers are very nice but the other services are awful! I went to open an account, and I received horrible service from the older lady in the little office. I decided not to go through with opening the account before the process was finalized and decided to bring my business somewhere else. After about a month, I receive a bank statement showing that I owed RBC for banking fees! Thank lord their phone customer service is excellent, it was all cleared out and cancelled within 5 minutes. I was very unimpressed with the way I was treated at the Pembroke location.

Crook. Do not conduct business with this man

Been having my taxes done here for a few years. Friendly staff, straight forward and willing the answer any questions you might have. Great service in overall
