Kevin and staff have done a amazing job for me over the past several years,today the experience with people and the receptionist got me a bit upset I waited my turn for 10minutes and other people came in and when I was supposed to be next the other 2 people barged in front of me and the receptionist didn't say a word and I gave in my accounting and prior filled out all information,the receptionist just grabbed it and threw in in a slot didn't even look at it I walked out not happy with that experience at all hopefully receptionist learns from this review,keven keep up the great work,many thanks

Spent years trying to get an iota of customer service from these guys. Terrible place to invest; my experiences at 3 banks and 2 other brokers have all been a lot better.
