I don't understand what is PwC Edmonton's work culture? I had a terrible experience of working with them. I had worked at mysolutions team, where there was a tug of war between two lobbies resulting which I was laid off. Other than that at tax department, there was a fat lady making abnormal voices all day calling it fun. One of my colleague was an old lady asking everyone's help including interns all day yet successful in completing her career of 30 years with them. Another old partner when retired, and I got a chance to see his working papers, surprisingly seen bare compliance of PwC policies. A partner is having no Canadian designation, yet successful in signing NTR and Reviews. There was a manager who was considered psycho by one of the client, as he makes all kinds of abnormal voices with gestures yet considered a very impressive personality. There was a manager who is too inexperienced to handle managerial responsibilities, even though there was another confident lady with designation but didn't​ get promotion. The most interesting above all, is if you are laid off, they want you to sign an acknowledgement binding you for having no dues against them even before your dues are paid. In my opinion forget about them as no 2 in the accounting world, as they didn't fall in any listing of top 20.
