Some premium hand quality made things are produced at Harbour. The office manager was incredibly helpful and the fabricators were all stand up guys. Expect quality from Harbour Stainless.

Pretty disappointed with their service. Communication was horrible, every time I spoke to them it seemed like they had an attitude. They won't go to your house and take measurements unless you have a contract signed and paid 50%. The crew installing the countertops did not speak English and it was hard to communicate or understand what they were telling us regarding the installation. I had to call them back after the installation because they were not detailed in their work and left some cabinets chipped as well as the countertops separated from the wall. After coming for a second time they did fix the issues but all the details could've been avoided if they would of done things correct the first time.

We are very happy with Pacific Kitchens workmanship! We did our kitchen counter tops and also our main bathroom, very well done and beautifully finished. Done on time, very friendly and detail oriented.

To be avoided at all costs. Quality of finishing was terrible . Edges split, highly visible seam and they made a mess of cutting the undermount sink.This is from the same people who used to be located near Ikea...what a mistake we made using them.

Very bad business and very bad owner. Haw someone can run a business in Canada and be so rude and hateful to people who are paying him? They go by name a plus countertops too. The same business the same crap.
