Countertop Fabricators

équipe très professionnelle, très opportune, polie, propre merci

I GOT MY BATHROOM DONE. IT WAS GREAT WORKING WITH THE OWNER MR. GINO . CHEERS

I live in Virginia and needed to have a headstone for my husband who is buried in East Burke. After dealing with another vendor which had the worst customer service ever, I was referred to Bianchi Memorials. Rudy made the process so simple after letting him know what I wanted. He made sure everything was as I requested, was friendly and gave me good advice. I highly recommend Bianchi Memorials for their caring, friendly and good customer service as well as the quality of their work.

Very pro, clean ,and service is quick. Large selection of counters ,doors and handles.

We had a great experience at both stores, TMR and Dorval. We did extensive footwork getting quotes for our kitchen quartz coutertops and Crown Granite were the best, hands down. They understood our budget and helped make small changes to our design so we could get the most from our slabs. Installers were very professional and efficiente. Thanks everyone who made my dream kitchen possible!

The prices at Magma Granite are good however we have purchased 3 counter tops from the company, my parents, my in laws and myself and 2 out of 3 had bad experiences. My parents granite countertop was cracked in a visible area after installation and the crack was just sealed with silicone. My countertop was installed with a defect of about 3 inches in diameter on the surface. A spot looks like the polish was sanded down and was the first thing I noticed when I walked in my new house. I contacted the company numerous times, spoke to different people who promised me to come and see the counter, via email and in person, but after several follow up and 2 years later I'm still waiting for their reply. The customer service post delivery is absolutely terrible. I will rather pay a little more next time but know for sure that I will not get a defected product installed!

I hired them twice, the first time for a kitchen and the second time for 3 bathrooms. The first time they chipped the walls and the cabinets and broke the old cabinets that we were planning to use in a rental. The second time, they cut the pieces wrong, made 3 delivery attempts when they didn't bring the right pieces, broke a few and brought others on the wrong width. It took them 3 months, enough to lose my contractor, so now I have to pay again for permits and find contractors to finish other people's work, and I still have too thick soap pieces. I called many times, texted, and stopped by the shop to attempt to get remedy. Pedro does not answer the phone or respond to texts, and his employees are giving you the run around. I am left with half of the items of subpar quality. Poor customer service, lousy job. I was going to buy more granite for the kitchen, but there have to be better granite places out there.

Many choices, good service.

Super service
