Decks & Railing

The deck and stairs that Cole built for us are amazing. He was professional, creative, thorough and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic company to deal with, knowledgable and friendly staff !!

This company is AMAZING to work with. We recently purchased our home and the yard was an absolute mess, to put it lightly. We hired them to do a LOT of work including taking out tons of concrete, 5 trees, excavating, leveling/grading of 80% of the yard, installing sod, adding a concrete garden curb, some fence and a gate. Darla and Grady were fantastic communicators and were always a step ahead. We were consistently kept in the loop and the work they did was top notch. They were very professional and it was obvious that they genuinely cared about the work they were doing and about us as customers. We found out after hiring them to do our yard that they also do home renovations and wish we had known that when we hired someone to do our basement as the company we did hire had nowhere near the integrity, competence, expertise and talent that was offered by Think Beast! The cost was very reasonable and we are so happy with the work they did. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to complete home or yard renovations.

Wonderful new bathroom. Professionally done and fast service...

Amazing guys to deal with. Punctual and great at explaining his bill upfront. Honest contractors are hard to find and Zac and his crew are just that.

Darwin responded very quickly through BBB to provide a quote on the work to install railings at my house on a front cement step. His crew came to install the railings and were polite, respectful. They installed a sharp looking product, and cleaned up well after the install. I would not hesitate in recommending Bond Construction in the future.

Ken and his assistant did a great job of repairing my fence and replacing some drywall in my garage. They were on time and worked diligently until the work was done. It was completed much faster than I expected, and the repairs cost less than I thought they would, so I am very happy. I would definitely hire Gateway Outdoor Living again.

Specialist for what you need.

We have hired Perry on two different occasions to fulfill our landscaping needs. On both accounts he and his crew were top notch. Always pleasant to talk and deal with and he did a fantastic job. Jobsite was cleaned up every evening before the crew went home. Initially we had an interlocking patio and garden wall installed in the front of our house. A couple years later we had another interlocking patio and side walk installed in our back yard. Initially we searched the internet looking for a landscaper and came across Perry's company. We lucked out for sure. We would highly recommend Perry. If you're looking for a good landscaping company and a professional team you won't be disappointed.

We hired Big City Developments to renovate our master bathroom this year. We were expecting a professional job that just did not happen. I would not engage in any contract with Doug as he lies as freely as he breaths. If you still decided to work with Doug and company I would caution you to make it a cost plus contract, avoid the fixed cost version as he will cut every corner possible to maximize his profit up to and including not getting the required permits or city inspections as he did with us. Also ensure he uses licensed trades on your project, if not, run. I wish I could post pictures on here to show the lack of attention to detail with his work. In conclusion, if you’re looking to pay top dollar for less than substandard work, Doug is your guy.

It is highly appreciated for an honest to goodness performance. The wòrk was done well and Its really excellent . . 100 % satisfied and highly recommended . . Thanks a lot.

It was a pleasure to do business with Suncoast Enclosures. They were knowledgeable and professional in both the sale and install of their product. I highly recommend this business.
