I live in Virginia Beach and I made my first visit to this new store in Richmond. My big concern was would I find those awesome loose teas in the big tin containers. They have them! I'm a happy guy! The selection of loose teas is exceptional and the prices are unbeatable. Dragon Well, Silver Needle, Chocolate Chai with big hunks of chocolate in it. I could go on. If your a tea fanatic you need to check out there selection of loose leaf tea!

The heavy set guy working was very rude, made unnecessary comments under his breath when he unlocked the door like it was my fault he had to open it at 705 And he was slamming my stuff around. It’s clear he hated his job. Terrible clerk. He needs to be let go

Great selection! I always go for seasonal beer or hard to find wines. The staff is friendly. Every beer can be a single, no need to buy a whole pack of the same create a six pack from the whole selection

I stopped in to this store in search of a particular IN BOURBON. Unfortunately for me, I forgot the name of that bourbon… Obtanium was the bourbon that I was looking for. And I told the salesperson Ovation. They were a great help in trying to find what I was in quest of, I simply did NOT have the correct name of the object of my desire.

I would like to personally thank Brandon he has been a great and professional representative of the Bittercube organization. He made me the most amazing dirty martini I’ve ever seen. I’m privileged that you moved into the north side of Milwaukee, such a cultured industrial atmospheric space. Highly suggest the Heirlooms Crème de Flores. Hours get a little weird but call and they answer if they are open you’ll be welcomed! Updated: Friday July 2 2021 Still A No. 1 Fan ! Picture from today!
