My wife and I had never been to Hartwell before, but saw this restaurant while driving through. We stopped and ate dinner about 6, and the restaurant was busy, however we were seated in just a few minutes. My wife got a chicken sandwich, I got the grouper sandwich. Both were excellent. I got a couple of dark beers (locally brewed) which were very good. All around a great experience, so if we are going back through Hartwell in the future we will be eating at this restaurant again for sure!

As a female I was bothered me and my husband the way he treated this female customer. Seems like he was annoyed by everything. Employees should never act that way. I hope she reports him to the better business Bureau. The lady did not deserve the treatment given.

Recently went for the first time with a friend. I’ve been eyeballing for quite sometime. Walked in at the end of a wine tasting event and some of those who attended were still there, having a great time. Staff made the time to help us with samples and purchase decisions. Very kind and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to go with my husband. Will definitely be back. 🍷😀🍺

HyVee wine and spirits in Charles City Iowa is my go-to for all my wine and spirit needs! They usually always have good deals on booze and the cashiers are always super nice and helpful. If there's something that you're looking for they probably have it ,just ask!

Its small and family owned. Well better then I expected and I learned alot. Had a good time with the group I was paired with and the tour guide was super cool. Would definitely come back. If your thinking about going then just do it. Well worth it!

Austin and Lee do an exceptional job at customer service! They always greet with a smile and a "See you tomorrow!" (Which, I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing 😜) Austin often is busy working but looking out the windows and door as someone pulls up, and often has my Trulys at the counter already, cold still and waiting! I think Lee has got to step his game up!😜😬🤣😋 Thanks for being here!!!!!!!

Hurts to see this place at 4 stars and not 5. Good selection. Friendly staff. Not much more you can ask for. I prefer here over cub.

Good store and good prices. They get their share of allocated products and price them fairly. Saw a Larceny Barrel Proof sitting on the shelf near MSRP.
