Excellent staff....if they don't know something 100 percent..instead of winging it..they suggested specific team members who did and brought you to them...I got everything I was looking for...Btw..that day especially I was not a paying customer and they still treated me with value and care..Hey there, other dept stores and restaurants, this is how it done....THE RIGHT WAY.....KUDOS TO EVERYONE ON THE TEAM...AND FOR KIARRA AND THE OTHERS WHO REALLY KNEW THEIR STUFF...This is where I will go for any occasion where I need Spirits of any kind because it's not about buying a product..Its the Experience the Knowledge, the Engagement (sincere interaction), and the Value of the customer. So many brands have forgotten they are their because of the consumer. Without the consumer a brand is just that.....another brand..ABC.....To the staff..I say ....WWWOOOOOOOOWWWW! By far, it is the greatest shopping experience I've ever had! I say Thank you!

Denied me service because someone else with an expired ID tried to buy the liquor i wanted. Terrible customer service here. Went here like a week after this, didn't even ID me. This is crazy, could of sold to a minor, but refused my business because of someone else with good taste in liquor with an expired ID. Publix you need better training!

Wish it was open longer than 10 o’clock at night most liquor stores are open till 1 o’clock

Nice, clean, modern store. Prices are similar to others in the area. Maybe a dollar difference, if any. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

The store just keeps getting better and better. Great selection in every category & the staff gets 5 stars for being helpful & kind. Would like a selection of de-alcholized wine added, because it's hard to find and there aren't many good ones. Love this shop even without that though 😍

Impressive Anejo Tequila selection for store size

Nelson was so nice and knowledgeable! We wanted to buy a gift (tequila) for a close friend and he introduced us to some amazing alternatives that we would never have considered without his direction…we actually bought a bottle for our friends and for ourselves. Thank you Nelson for being such an awesome human being and making our first visit to this location a memorable one!

Great store.

Open at 10AM on Sunday with exceptional service every time. Shout out to the Store manager, he runs a tight ship. The pork shoulder marinade in Jamaican Jerk spice, ready to cook, is really good.

Sometimes I chop shop at the liquor store and Walmart in Kissimmee. The prices are at least 10% cheaper.

In and out fast great service 👌
