I had never been to this location. I couldn't find anything but there was an amazing gentleman that helped me find everything I needed. He didn't just point and say over there and there. No this man took his time to walk me to each item! What great customer service! I wish I had gotten his name! What a great guy!

First class customer service, highly recommend this total wine. I had an issue with my online order and Dante went above and beyond the call of duty! He wowed me with his service and fast problem solving. Big shout out to him and I definitely recommend him and TW!!!!

Gave it 3 stars because of decent liquor selection and two young men were great. They lost two stars because of one employee, an adult child who has horrible customer service and sales training. As owner of several retail stores it is baffling how bad her attitude is.

It's not really liquor store. There's just a liquor section in the back left corner of the store. Seemed like pretty good prices as well.

Staff are awesome. Quick and fast location

Very nice place! Too bad we cannot have this establishment in Lake Havasu City. The only staff member i had contact with was extremely HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, &PROFESSIONAL! What a great place to shop

The store was well stocked and very organized. Several employees help me fill a large order for instacart. I later learned that it was for a wedding reception. The manager Jim was there that day and he was very informative. I also shared with him that I am the volunteer coordinator for the four peaks Oktoberfest at Tempe Town lake. And I asked if we could keep in touch so some of his employees could volunteer with us if they wanted to. I was a great day to be in that store. And I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer.

Very friendly staff and good selection of beer and liquor

This is not your average liquor store. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable on their beers. Came here before my coed softball game looking for a nice brew to keep me buzzin for the game. He (younger gentleman-forgot his name) recommended a beer with Nicolas Cage on the beer (Having Arizona, in reference of the movie “Raising Arizona”- see my review on that movie!) and a beer call “All The Koop Kats at The Back of The Bus”. Not only are they great tasting but they got the job done. Went 3 for 3 with a bomb to deep center.

Have visited this location many times. The staff here are ALWAYS very friendly and willing to answer questions or help you find whatever you're looking for. Occasionally they don't have the exact thing we're wanting but they never fail to offer what ends up being an excellent alternative. I can highly recommend these folks!! Stop by and visit them for any alcohol needs.

After visiting two other liquor stores in the area, without finding my favorite tobacco, this store fulfilled my desire with a wide selection. Friendly customer service too. Beverage Depot is where I will shop from now on. Thank you!

Great selection! We went there to buy mezcal and they had a huge variety.

What a great hole-in-the-wall place. I have come in here since the 90's off and on, and they always have something new or funky to try, whether its beer or wine.

Wow. The selection of seasonal craft beer made by 12 West was outstanding. We tried a 4 beer flight. See the photo. All were delicious. Their server and marketing guru made our experience entertaining and educational. This is a "hopping" place and should be on your list for stops if you are doing anything in downtown Mesa.

I love going to this store for adult beverages. They have great prices and the owners and staff are always so helpful and accommodating. Recently I was looking for a certain brand of craft beer and they had it in stock. I won't go anywhere else for my purchases, and I'm glad to be able to keep my money in the local community. Thanks for all your hard work!

Great Service as always

This is a great store. I come here for their non-alcoholic drinks and they have a decent selection. Also the staff I have spoken to seems to have tried many of them and were able to give me good advice.
