Newly upgraded store. Well layed out. Staff helpful.

Love this place! They have a New York wine section specifically, trying a new wine from it every time I come. Same guy is there when we go, he's great with suggestions, knows where everything is. They carry the bills wine that's always so damn hard to find too!!

Rudest service I've ever recieved. Not helpful, and had to go to another location who would actually serve me.

Good service however I don't understand why when bringing returns I have to give them the count? And I have to sort everything for them. Aren't they paid by the hour?

Poorly stocked,poorly managed. I placed an order on Uber. Out of stock. Placed another order and they didn’t have staff to get a bottle for me to pick up. So I had to drive to another store. How do the run out of vodka on a Tuesday UPDATE Based on the owners response I wanted to update my review. 1). He claims he never gets on star review. I can see at least 3 on google maps 2). He implied I was a troll. I have only posted 3 poor reviews and only when service is so poor to warrant it. 3). He implies Uber delivery person lost the order. On this Tuesday I placed an order for a bottle of vodka at 2:14pm for pick up. Uber said the store had no inventory. Understanding they could have an issue on one sku I placed another order for a lesser vodka at 2:31 again for pick up. A few minutes later they replied the store was to busy to service any orders. Since it was an order for only one bottle there must have been a bigger issue . So I routed to another store that was able to confirm they had merchandise. 4). He was annoyed I didn’t call the store after he refused my two attempts to be his customer, i honestly don’t know if that is a reasonable expectation. I thought 2 attempts was enough 5). He then implied I don’t have any facts. Yet I have both cancelled orders. He believes this order was for delivery, and it wasn’t , and this was is first unsatisfied customer and if you look you will see the others I don’t know if they were warranted but I wanted you to know mine was based on real experience I was shocked that instead of a simple apology for his store not serving my request, that may have altered my assessment of the day I was slandered and was accused blaming them for a misdirected delivery man that was a fictitious creation of his. I appreciate that he is a family owned business but the expectation of basic service is still an exception. I was an occasional customer as it is close by but after his response I think I may just plan to go elsewhere

Fast service, considering it was during the snowstorm that was going. Only had one complaint, didn't have no pear wine or bottles or sm cans of blue. But other than that, .it was good

Friday morning shopping is so handy, especially at this LCBO. Easily found what we wanted, service was friendly. In & out, that’s great!

This is a small format LCBO packed with goodies. The selection is surprisingly good for the store size. They even have a walk-in cooler which is very cool for a small store. The LCBO has bigger stores with 5-star selection and this store can't hold all of that but I must give this location a 5-star review because they have a particularly good inventory AND cold drinks. As usual at the LCBO, the staff are very friendly and willing to help you with your purchase. They also have no problem ordering something in for you in particular. Great shop for drinks!
