Distillery

Clean store they take care of customers really good. Definitely coming back.

Great prices and awesome service!!!

this place rules. Best selection of beer in the area by far. Only Craft Beer Cellar can compete but thats all the way in lakewood. the staff are super friendly and knowledgable. they all seem to actually want to be there

A real mom and pop place, very helpful, if it's not there, they'll order it for you at no additional cost.

This store is located in Downtown Plano across from museum and gazebo in the square. Beautifully stocked and organized with a wide selection of liquors, spirits, and more. They even have merch - great quality!

Fantastic selection of spirits. Great prices. Friendly and helpful service. Definitely worth a trip. When this store first opened I saw it in passing and never thought to go in but the other day I was researching bottles online and got a Google Maps ad for this place so I stopped by and I'm so glad I did. It's not just another liquor store. This shop will give some of the bigger places a run for their money.

I love my Bacardi Gold the large bottle great price better than I've ever paid. Right up the street from where I was originally buying my room

This place is awesome! I’m here in TX visiting at a nearby hotel. I used their delivery service and it was such a convenience. Between the great customer service to the efficiency, definitely a 10/10. Highly recommended!

This place is my one stop shop... able to pick up my wines, brandy, tequila and vodka.. any other place won't do....

I love the management and friendliness at this location! Total Wine was such a better experience than Spec’s. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was great! He went above and beyond to help me learn more about the different types of wines!

Always five stars!! Actually 25 stars! Even got a taste test for a different bourbon. These guys are great!! I drove 1300 miles to get here. We have nothing like this near us.

This is a great store!! Staff is always great and the store is always very clean. They have a huge selection!!

They go above and beyond at Monticello! Alec was so helpful with helping me and my sister prepare for a party and pick out everything we needed. He knows his stuff and answered all of our questions. Thank you Monticello!

I literally live around the block from Sigel's. We stopped by there to pick up a house warming gift and restock on a couple of bottles for the liquor cabinet. Unfortunately, the quick trip up the street turned out to be quite disappointing. Upon entering the store, we quickly noticed three sales staff, all seated at the checkout registers chatting amongst themselves. Not a single one looked up to greet or offer to help us, despite there only being one other customer in the store. We searched for our preferred brands and bottles to no avail. They carry only a very basic variety of selections. We approached one of the salespersons to ask about their availability of a certain bottle and received a disdained look in return. We quickly decided to give up our search and approached the registers to checkout when we realized we did not have a gift bag for the house warming gift. My friend ran to grab a bag from their small selection while I started the checkout process. You might have thought we committed a crime by the looks and attitude we got from the checkout clerk. Possibly, the quick diversion to get the gift bag made her stand on her feet for an additional 15-20 seconds while my friend ran back with the bag in hand. Needless to say, it will be minute before we return.

Hands down the best wine and liquor store there is! The owners are incredibly friendly. We’ve been going here only a couple months, and they already know what we like. There’s typically tasting on the weekends, too. They have so many unique wines and liquors that you can only find here. Highly recommend!

Nice! I didn't like being followed around the store. That was my only issue.

I was late (as usual) getting something for my husband's 50th bday that is tomorrow, I called William this morning and he walked me through some things that they could put together, even though the supply chain is a struggle. He put a basket together and sent me a picture before he charged me in case I wanted to change anything. It's getting delivered tomorrow, even though I am outside their "delivery zone". Love this kind of customer service to help me when I just can't manage life! Thank you Biagio

I had a splendid time with gorgeous the Brenda and she was very helpful and I loved our encounter !

Can't recommend it highly enough. Outstanding service, vast selection, knowledgeable staff and competitive prices. Will absolutely be coming back!

The owner is so friendly. It's an in and out type of place, there's never a line. Great prices. Highly recommend, next time I'll take pics.
