Horrible experience with rude store clerk, random clerks friend hanging around, and owner that doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. First let me explain I don't expect 5 star service out of a liquor store. However I do expect the store clerks to understand how to bag alcohol. In my case, I purchased a 12 pack of beer, ice, some whiskey, mixer, and some small shot drinks. As I grabbed the 12 pack and ice in one hand the clerk placed the rest in one bag. I grabbed that with my other hand and walked not even 10 feet to the door and the bag ripped. The clerk had the audacity to state I should have came back for it because she did not over bag it and that this happens all the time. Needless to say I spoke with the owner on the phone and after long negotiations and dealing with a shouting clerk (defensive much) and clerk friend, the owner agreed to give me only 25% discount on a new bottle. Police were on scene at this point and to prevent further escalation we agreed. Based on the owner's comments and the clerks aggressiveness and defensive behavior, it seems this is common practice to over bag and have the customer pay for a new drink(s) when the bag rips. They should seriously be investigated for ripping off customers!

Decent selection. Floors are pretty dirty and could use some TLC. Bought a 24 pack of 16oz Nordeast that was expired. Called the store and emailed corporate on what can be done about this was was functionally ignored. So... make sure you're not buying expired product I guess? Or just shop elsewhere. Edit: I gave the store and corp 1 week to the day to offer a solution after reaching out to them.

Good products, but the cashiers can be a little more friendly. I like a man or woman who can warm up to friendly conversations other than, thank you and have a good day.

Nice little family owned liquor store with a very friendly staff. The lady at the counter wanted to make sure I was able to get what I wanted even after I told her that it was okay if they didn't have my particular drink in stock.

I can always find what I need here. Staff is always helpful.

Everyone has been nice there but Ran into a woman working there last night. She had the worst attitude and customer service makes the not wanna shop there. Otherwise decent prices. And nice owners. She must've had a bad day or something

Kind of a hole in the wall little spot. they had a decent selection with average prices. the lady working was super friendly and joking with everybody and helping us out. They even went into the back room to get Rumchata for my friend! cant beat that konda customer service. If i lived near by this would be My liquor store.

Good selection for how small the place is, the walk-in beer cooler has a nice mix of domestic and specialty beers. Frequently has sales so their is usually a good deal to be had if you look.
