GREAT trucking school

Great program! I visited and interviewed several schools before using my VA benefits and attending WMCDL. This school was and proved to the best program in Michigan I found. The instructors, evaluators, staff are true professionals that take pride in producing a well prepared new driver. I was in a truck driving my first day and drove every day I was in training! After completing my first week OTR I am confident in saying they are the best. They gave me the tools, insight, knowledge and confidence needed to get home safely. The facility, trucks and driving range are top notch and prepared me for my test and first day on the road. It was nice to be out in the real world driving and have a 6 year driving Veteran look over from the passenger seat and give you the head nod and say "they taught you well, good job today". They are VA (GI Bill) approved and helped me get my funding approved and processed. They brought in industry leading recruiters and help me find the right company for me! Thanks again WMCDL see you on the open road!

Hello everyone . I decided to wright this review cause this owner- instructor earned to be thanked. #1. He is very reliable . #2. He is very experienced #3. He can find your weaknesses and show it to you very quickly. #4. He is focused on what he is doing. and etc. Before Jamie's school i tried Pensilvania's trucking school. I do not want blame them that they were worse than Jamie, #1. but problem was that school has groups of students and it is very hard to learn something when it is crowded , and they they were limited in time (only one hour a day for each student). #2. Plus these school most instructors do not have road experience like Jamie has. #3. They can not teach some tips which will be very helpful in your future driving experience. but Jamie knows them and if you ask extra help with that he can teach you all real road experience he know. All in all i would advice him to all new students. I'm happy that i got my "A" class Driver license though Jamie's school. Thank you Jamie. May Allah bless you Ameen.

Passed Dmv test with Driving Academy Sept 13 , 2018 . Started job searching on my own with no luck . Finally called the Academy before Thanksgiving John the recruiter got me an interview with a company before Christmas . They hired me in January and I am now currently employed . I recommend this school the staff and instructors are all helpful . The lifetime job placement is no a gimmick its for real , let them know you want job placement they will find companies who will train new drivers and pay fairly . As long as you put in the required work you will have a good experience .

Waste of my money and time. Would never recommend this school he clearly has people put fake good reviews.when I haven't met a person yet that likes the school or the employees especially the front desk it's really only one instructor. Thousands of dollars wasted as well as my time

I just got my license Class B. I really like this school. Instructors are very patience and caring about the students progress.

What's to say....great place and great instructors.

Rich has been an amazing instructor and has helped me build confidence  and is very encouraging and pushed me to do better with every lesson. He goes at your pace to learn and will make sure you are 100% ready before you go for your exam!

Thanks shippers choice i graduate November 29 2015 and know I am owner operator have my own tructor and trailer working for days a week and I making 15,000 to 17,000 dollar a month thanks to shippers choice
