Had a house generator added to our home. This company purchased the generator for us, installed it, and services it yearly for us. We have needed it a few times and it works great.

5 stars for being good people! I recently bought my first house and know nothing about electrical stuff ( its pathetic really). They didn't even need to come to my house. After talking to me about my problem I was given advice and told to try it out first before paying someone to come out for something simple... turns out it was something simple. I could have been given an appointment, charged money for literally flipping a switch, and been grateful that someone out there understands electrical panels. Instead I was assisted by good, helpful people who could easily have made a quick buck.
