Very friendly and efficient, reviewed all the possible issues and explained the process along the way. Was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

We were very happy with the professionalism of the technician. The reason we're not giving 5 stars is because we found them expensive. 1 hour and 45 minutes of labor turned into 2 and a half hours on our bill, with rounding the actual work time to 2 hours and adding 30 minutes of transporation time (although Sako's headquarters are located literally 1 minute drive from our house). We know that their professionalism is worth the labor cost, however we would have felt better paying for the actual time without the extras. This is the second time we are using Sako's services, and we didn't get the same impression the first time.

Nous avons appelle Ben Jay un dimanche matin a 08:00 car nous ne pouvions pas re armer le main switch du panneau electrique principal. Le main switch a ete desarmer apres une panne d'electricite. Ben Jay nous a repondu tout de suite et nous a aide a resoudre le probleme tres rapidement. Ben Jay a ete tres sympathique. Maintenant nous avons ses contacts sur notre panneau electrique!

Excellent service. Monsieur Bourassa travaille avec minutie et efficacité. A réglé rapidement un problème lié à mon thermostat. Je recommande fortement cet entrepreneur.

I am extremely happy by Amir's professionalism, friendly demeanor and his commitment to customer satisfaction. He did a great job and even when certain parts were less than perfect, he insisted on making sure it was at his customer's 100% satisfaction. He installed my bathroom ventilation and we both agreed the exhaust Port would come out from the soffit. When the work was complete the hole in the soffit wasnt perfect so he went and picked up another soffit and replaced it to make sure it looked perfect. You can't go wrong with Amir. FYI- He's also an engineer so 💯!!
