After dealing with Astra on a new house build I would give him a rating of 4/10. The owner has an arrogant attitude and some of the work he did on our house was sub-standard. We needed the owner to come and do a simple test on the power to an oven that was giving us problems and he refused.
We had to call in another electrician to test the circuit.
