A particular employee, Lee, was a pleasure to do business with and excited to share his knowledge on the products available in the store. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a phone.

Could not be more disappointed. BC Web owned by Simon Franklin. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I have been trying to transfer my domain, after 4 weeks of trying to send emails, phone - Simon is continuing to ignore my messages. I spoke with employees who mention they are in contact with Simon during this time. I would not trust BC Web with my hosting and domains. They are overpriced, and unreliable. I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional hosting company.
