Esthetician

This is a great place to escape the Ottawa grind and relax for a spa day.

Horrible horrible horrible service. I had purchased a voucher from a Canadian coupon site. I called multiple times for an appointment, around 8-9 times from February to May with her promising to call back, and never responded to me once. I spoke to Gloria herself. Gloria had called me difficult, lied, refused to refund my money, cussed, and also hung up the phone on me. Customer service at this spa is at an all time low and Gloria's manners were absent. Save your money, i would never EVER recommend this place to anyone, run from this place.

Love the service at Indulge. Edith and her staff truly care about providing top quality services.

I have been a client of Adele’s for decades. She and her staff are very meticulous about hygiene and sanitation which is huge for me. The services provided by her and all her staff are always done in a professional and respectful manner. She is very honest with her assessments and doesn’t scam people into something they don’t need. The prices are very reasonable too. Just love going there to be pampered.

As always, I received outstanding service!! Adrienne & all her staff go above & beyond. My favorite esthetics place hands down!

My sisters and I have been coming here for years and we can honestly say the service we get from Loana is the best. She has been doing this for a very long time and it shows in her skills.
