I bought a foldable guest mattress from here after talking with the helpful shopkeeper and it has been just swell. My wife’s 60-ish mother with a bad hip slept just great for two weeks on it.

My husband called up and spoke at length about our requirements, then called at the end of the week to chase the quote. The guy claimed he had no recollection of the conversation and did not try to help in any way. Strange business practice. Lost our custom, but obviously this isn't something that will trouble them.

Absolutely poor. Everything poor. Unprofessional, ended up having a argument with the woman over the phone. Fist she tells me she don't think they are for me as thiinimum requirement is too high, from just me saying, do they have a set location. Her assuming am young and so I tell her her that was very stereotypical land not very nice, and she says my tone of voice is rude from her having nothing to say. I would keep away

We were very impressed with the proficiency of the sales and fitting team at Pret a Vivre, extremely knowledgeable in terms of providing the best solution for our setup, very meticulous all throughout. Gayan, our sales advisor, was unbelievably patient and helpful, always responsive to our change of hearts, pliable to our schedule in terms of at-home measurements etc. The waiting time was slightly long (given that we had electric rails custom made for our setup) but well worth it! I would recommend them as a team very apt to take on board any special requests and very capable of delivering a high quality project.

They have always delivered on time , The standard of workmanship has always been top notch We have always agreed prices prior to the job in question and the agreement has been kept to . We will continue to work with Sewport in the foreseeable future . I would also like to add the following comments ! Its very easy to leave a bad review , especially when you do not have to elaborate or your problems but instead of leaving a bad review why not talk to the company in question first . I have found that most of the people who leave bad reviews are those who dont have the confidence to discuss their problems or concerns with the people or company concerned . Cheers Steve
