April 19, 2017 We have purchased lighting from Guo Sheng Building Materials in good faith for our new home construction.. They did not work. My electricians charged me extra to rewire most of the fixtures.. In the end we have 5 bathroom fixtures, not working, not installed and issues with them. They do not hang on the wall properly and the inspector would not pass this. This company does not return emails or phone calls. No one is ever in the show room, I have driven by to see if I could speak with someone. Their voice mail is full and says to call back later. I hope that by posting a review, after trying to reach them for over two months that someone will call me back to resolve this. I would expect a full refund, as the lights sold to me do not work.

Service Could Use Improvement but Good Blinds, Good Manufacturer We ordered custom blinds and paid a 50% deposit in the 1st week of April - - would take 6-8 weeks max to arrive, install. Hadn’t heard anything by then so we called to follow up. Finally got word that one of our boxes was missing and they were investigating. Due to a lack of follow up, we took it upon ourselves to call the manufacturer who was quick to identify issue. Blinds arrived weeks later than expected, all in good condition and of good quality. However our living room blinds were cut too wide, waiting another 4-5 weeks. Arlene’s was quick to take action on getting the replacement.

Called to inquire if they had upholstery material. Who ever answered the phone didn’t use the company name so I had to ask if I had the correct phone number. They said a person can only go to their warehouse by appointment only, how ridiculous!!

I hired them to reupholster an antique couch and chair. It was a complex job so I wanted to use a company with the skills to do it right. I have to say, they more than met my expectations. They treated it like a piece of art and every detail was done to perfection. Customer service was great, prices were high, but reasonable for the amount of work. The couches look fantastic in my home. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome. I had a pretty quick turn needed before the holidays, and despite some of their printers going down, they still managed to get everything done on time and the finished product looks great. Will definitely use them again!
