Being new to the area I googled tax filing which i came across Assante. I called in and was transferred to Tony. Tony was a self proclaimed tax filing professional who had verbally claimed that he had performed thousands of returns for his clients. When doing our returns, it was the least professional filing experience i've encountered. He didnt return messages nor confirm receipt of sensitive documents. He was given all necessary and well organized info, personal and business, yet took weeks to perform our simple returns, only after hounding him. Once returns were complete and we were present at signing of returns, i was only then informed that this was being conducted under a separate corporation. I believe this 'switcheroo' is ultimately a shady practice. Based on this service I would avoid this place all together.

Friendly staff. Up to date technology. Envelope free deposits of cash or cheques. Also, as of April 2018, the ATM now offers $5, $10 and $50 bills for withdrawal.

Totally disappointed in the deceit that I have just learnt of after talking to another investment planner. I would not recommend Brian Wilson to my worst enemy!
