i've been inssurred with them for 11 years. every year my premiums go ddown. i finally had an accident where i hit a deer. the adjuster tried to buy my car for a price i thought was low but he didn't try to force me to take the deal at all and fixed my car and mAde a rental for me the same day. my premiums didn't go up. my deductable stayed the same. and the next day i had my car in the shop and a rental in the driveway. everyone has been super noce and helpful along the way. you hear bad things about inssurance companies all the time but they have made everything super easy. thanks a bunch you guys!
