Purchased mattresses with a 10yr warranty, and the springs are starting to pop up in several spots . When I called and spoke with rep(GGUEVA2) She told me because there was a small stain they will not replace mattress. I asked to be transferred to a manager. I was transferred to Sears Escalation Department in Belleville, Penny. Penny was very condescending on phone and said no there is nothing that can be done. When I asked Penny if there was someone else I could speak to she said NO. I also asked Penny for her last name or ID number which she refused to give. I then asked Penny for an email address or phone number where I can bring my complaint forward. Penny also refused to provide me with this information!!! If you ever get transferred to Escalation Department and get Penny I suggest you ask for another person. Penny was unapologetic and snitty in her tone. Very disappointed as myself and my family members have been long standing customers with Sears....rethinking that now after such a deflating experience. Be Aware

Great tax expertise!

Daniel is my husband. Among the many reasons why I respect him is his honesty. He is trustworthy. And he works hard to take care of his family. I admire his sense of duty when it comes to ensuring our wellness. Daniel is also my Financial Adviser. He has a vast knowledge when it comes to finances. I have seen him take course after course and achieve accreditation and distinction over many years. I trust his advice because I know he puts my best interest first, even when I have had doubts about the market, e.g., in 2008 when he pushed me out of Money Markets Funds and into Equity Funds.

I've dealt with many people at Better Financial, Chanrith, Joe and Christine and all were very eager, helpful and genuine in helping us with our concerns. We started out with taxes, then mortgage then my RRSP crossover. They REALLY care about my financial future as I'm sure they would be for yours. I recommend them all 100% as I'm sure you will come to realize.
