I am sad to say, but I have not found a reason to recommend this company . At the moment they have a small inheritance which they are holding ... and for some unfathomable reason ...not transferring to RBC. MD were the ones to suggest a transfer... but the process, and all communication, has simply stopped. They do not respond to messsges from my bank... which is unprofessional to say the very least. We have tried everything but they are simply at a loss. Given my experiences during the settling of my father's Estate I must warn others to avoid this company.

I have spent over 50 minutes on hold now in an attempt to transfer money to my iTrade account. When it takes you an hour or more to give them money imagine how long it takes to resolve an issue.

Seem to be desperate in cash. Olga bekmemeteva billed us for services not even completed. Transfered my trust funds without my approval. When I asked her the details, she cannot provide an answer. She also gives me the attitude. I asked her to pull up my engagement letter and she said, I should have a copy of it. Very rude. Trying to take more money from me. Olga will talk down on you and will totally insult you for not knowing your engagement letter right of the bat. When I asked to speak with David, she said, she has all the authority to speak on behalf of the owner. A real unprofessional!
