I love BMO, the staff is so friendly and helpful. I tend to go in every couple of weeks to do my deposits in person instead of through the machine. I don’t even mind waiting in line because I know when I get to the teller, I will get the best service. My only wish is that they had photo deposit because I can’t get into the bank without having to take an hour off from work.

Impossible to get an appointment setup, voice based menu is awful. Poor customer service.

Been a customer for 5 years and they’ve been really professional each time. They’ve been really helpful in many areas for us, obtaining private car insurance to balance out ICBC and saving us money, providing us our small business insurance, and finding us a great home insurance. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are very friendly and they take the time to get to know you before they recommend a product. We've been clients for a many years now and I feel my investments are safe and are well looked after, as are we. They are very much involved in the community. I highly recommend them.

Ladies are nice, but only 1 ATM is not enough, maybe getting a newer generation atm can ease the problem of long waiting line.

I wish I could give no star and still leave a review. I will never have my taxes done with them again. They are a bunch of amateurs with a serious communication gap between them. They told me my file would be completed in two weeks tops because I had a bunch of unsorted receipts. 3 weeks later I call to inquire to the status of my file and they said they weren't anywhere near done because I didn't send in certain paperwork. I did though! 2 days after their initial request! They called 2-3 days after I sent it and left messages with asking for me to send it. So I called and spoke to Marilyn who told me she forgot to save it to my file. Now here I am 3 weeks later and they are still telling me I didn't send it. This time the excuse was that she "didn't name the file correctly". I picked up my file and took it elsewhere. Three weeks wasted with them. Save your time and money people! Don't go to Acuity!
