The Goddyn Associate Stacey Vair has been a wonderful help to us through difficult financial times. Her advice, quick response time, and caring personality has proven very valuable.

Terrible service, and not helpful at all. I made 3 purchases, all went over my funds (not on purpose), the funds were refunded (so it's not like I got anything out of it), then they dinged me $144, $48 for each of the 3 purchases. Wanna know how much one of my purchases was? $1.64, and they REFUSED to do anything about the $48 charge... Then I woke up this morning, and apparently there is another charge from my Paypal for the same price as a previous one that didn't clear, and I checked my Paypal account and NOTHING has been purchased. It was the same price as a previous purchase. I never made this purchase (especially not twice over the span of a few days), and yet it appears on my account and I'll be charged ANOTHER $48 for that. I'm DONE with Scotia Bank! If they lifted a finger to try and help it'd be different, but they're just minimalistic, and money grabbers. I hate Scotia Bank. (Customer Service doesn't even exist with these guys)

Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Need better hours, like open later and on Saturday. Financial advisers need better training from BMO.

David truly cares about his clients. He is straightforward, honest and knowledgeable. I recommend you place your trust in David.
