Went in to see an advisor. I was the only customer in the bank. I could see 4 employees in their offices, none had customers. The receptionist checked with each employee and came back and told me they were all busy and asked if I would like to make an appointment. I responded positively, so she checked availability, best she could do was a week away. I just said forget it and left.

Closing at 4pm is a major inconvenience, and the drive through ATM would not allow me to deposit money. Doing it online takes 3 business days, but becomes the only option when the office is not even open during regular business hours.
